Salt was a full teardown and rebuild that transformed the entire property, not just the house itself.

North Eastern Trade Services oversaw the project from the ground up, including permitting, architectural coordination, exterior detailing, interior design decisions, the pool, and surrounding hardscape. The result is a home that feels complete from every angle, with outdoor spaces, upper-level views, custom cabinetry, built-ins, and interior finishes all working as part of the same whole.

What made the project especially challenging was distance. The homeowners were rarely onsite, and many important decisions had to be made remotely throughout construction. With only a handful of in-person meetings, progress depended on clear communication, strong coordination, and the ability to translate technical decisions in a way that allowed the owners to move forward confidently.

That became especially important as the project evolved and additional details and changes were introduced along the way.

From the pool and exterior trim to the kitchen, bathrooms, and custom interior elements, the entire property was shaped through a highly coordinated process.
